I have to wonder if stuff like HFCS and its ilk are responsible, at least in part, by the rise of hyperactivity in kids (and adults), autism and so on. These sorts of things just didn't happen when I was a kid (70s-80s)...it's gotta be something. (Thankfully, the immunizations caused autism idea has been soundly debunked--the number of parents not getting their kids immunized scares the shit out of me) Why does this not surprise me?
