Nifty blog styling with tailwind and roughjs

Michael Lucht’s Make your website sketchy with Tailwind and Roughjs describes a technique for creating a style that I rather enjoy. He uses a Svelte-based static site generator (elderjs), but I much prefer the speed and ease of maintenance of Hugo.
