column, maintained by Roman Atachiants, is a “High-performance, columnar, in-memory store with bitmap indexing in Go”. Deciding how to store data in memory can be tricky, depending on requirements. Sometimes you don’t need a full Database, but want something more than just structs, slices, and maps.
Firefox bug for two windows opening when FF launches
I use Firefox for social media, thanks to its containers. (I’m extra protected because I’m not even logged into social media in Safari or Chrome). Every time I click a link that causes Firefox to open, I get two windows: One with the link, one that’s just a fresh window. This is a two year old bug.
