Bear CLI

I have a somewhat fractured note-taking system now, for good reasons. I keep all of my private notes in Bear, which is a nice Mac+iOS app that syncs well. GitHub user Sloan Sparger has created a command-line tool for working with Bear notes, which seems potentially useful.
